Better help on the phone with customer support needed… the video conference with the PA was great. The customer service folks seem to always have an issue and it takes several days to fix it.I want everyone to know that Remedy Meds has been a wonderful experience to deal with for the past year. I lost 37 pounds in just over a year taking their Semaglutide. They are quick to help you and are easy to reach when you call. The only reason I cancelled with them is because when I hit a plateau on the Semaglutide, which I could afford, I decided to switch to taking Tirzepitide, however, it is just a bit too pricey for me so I decided to switch to another provider that offers Tirzepitide a lot cheaper. I can only hope that this new company is as knowledgeable and helpful as Remedy Meds has been to me. Cancellation process was easy but I wanted to let others know they offer good and effective GLP-1 products. And their pricing is fair, however, there are other reputable companies that have better prices. Thanks Remedy Meds since your shipments always came on time and helped me reach 15 percent weight loss in 13 months. It's just too bad your company is a bit pricey.
